Stock Items

Non-custom, in-stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. To start a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Because most of our products are 3D-printed to order, custom items, personalized designs, and made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
